Return & Refund Policy

At Camel Park, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID and product issue (with photos if applicable)
  3. Our team will review and approve the return request
  4. Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or wallet
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • The replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us directly
